HYR series heat of compression desiccant compressed air dryers utilize the after heat from the air compressor to heat and regenerate the desiccant. The waste heat from the compressed air system will be taken advantages of. Without the heating devices, the system can achieve the effect of heating dryers. Therefore, the series are energy saving and highly efficient, with finished air reaching -40℃.

HAD Series External Heating Zero Purge Air Regeneration Adsorption Compressed Air Dryer is an advanced purification device utilizing molecular forces on the surface of porous solid substances to extract moisture from gases, achieving lower dew point temperatures and providing clean, dry air. The adsorbents used are activated alumina and molecular sieves with pore sizes similar to water molecules, applying the internationally advanced principles of variable-temperature and variable-pressure adsorption. During adsorption at room temperature, the vapor pressure of water molecules in the air exceeds that in the adsorbent, causing water molecules to enter the adsorbent and condense into water droplets on its surface, releasing condensation heat stored in the upper part of the adsorption tower. During regeneration, a Roots blower heats atmospheric air to approximately 200°C through a heater and passes it through the regeneration cylinder. This significantly reduces the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, allowing water molecules to escape. Simultaneously, the heat stored in the adsorption tower contributes to saving the power of the heater. After a certain duration, the air enters the drying tower directly through a cooler from the lower part for adsorption drying. It then enters the tower where the adsorbent was regenerated by hot air just before, further enhancing regeneration. After a specific duration, the regeneration gas is closed, and the regeneration tower is pressurized for standby. This cycle repeats continuously. The dual-tower system operates alternately, continuously delivering dry and clean compressed air. The purified air achieves a low-pressure dew point, ensuring deep drying to provide water-free, oil-free, high-purity compressed air to meet diverse gas requirements.

GXF Series Blower Purge Desiccant Compressed Air Drers (Use 1% purge air for desiccant cooling)

The HAD series regenerative adsorption compressed air dryer utilizes the molecular forces on the surface of porous solid substances to extract moisture from the gas, achieving lower dew point temperatures and purifying dry, clean gas. It employs activated alumina with pore sizes similar to water molecules as the adsorbent, utilizing the internationally advanced principle of temperature and pressure variation adsorption. During adsorption at room temperature, the vapor pressure of water molecules in the air exceeds that in the adsorbent, causing water molecules to enter the adsorbent and condense into water droplets on its surface, releasing condensation heat stored in the upper part of the adsorption tower. During regeneration, atmospheric air is heated to around 200°C using a Roots blower and passed through the regeneration cylinder. This significantly reduces the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, allowing water molecules to escape. Simultaneously, the heat stored in the adsorption tower contributes to saving the power of the heater. The adsorbent undergoes continuous cycles of adsorption, regeneration, and adsorption, providing continuous adsorption drying treatment for compressed air to achieve deep drying. The main technical indicators of this product have reached the level of similar foreign models, making it the preferred equipment for users requiring pressure dew points below -20°C. The dual-tower alternately continuous operation outputs dry and clean compressed air. The purified air can achieve a moisture content equivalent to or below a pressure dew point of -20°C, providing deep-dried, oil-free, high-purity compressed air to meet various gas requirements. Due to the use of a Roots blower and heater for heating atmospheric air, the regeneration effect is excellent, resulting in energy savings and reduced air consumption.
Heated Purge Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers

Heated Purge Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers

The Micro Heat Regeneration Adsorption Compressed Air Dryer is a purification device that utilizes molecular forces on the surface of porous solid substances to extract moisture from gases, achieving lower dew point temperatures and providing clean, dry air. It uses activated alumina as the adsorbent, with pore sizes similar to water molecules, and employs the internationally advanced principles of variable-temperature and variable-pressure adsorption. During adsorption at room temperature, the vapor pressure of water molecules in the air exceeds that in the adsorbent, causing water molecules to enter the adsorbent, condense into water droplets on its surface, and release condensation heat, storing this heat in the upper part of the adsorption tower. During regeneration, approximately 5% of dry air is heated to around 120°C to 150°C through a heater and passes through the regeneration cylinder, allowing water molecules in the adsorbent to escape. Simultaneously, the heat stored in the adsorption tower aids in saving the power of the heater. The adsorbent undergoes a cycle of adsorption, regeneration, and re-adsorption, providing continuous adsorption drying of compressed air to achieve deep drying. The main technical indicators of this product have reached the level of similar models abroad, making it the preferred equipment for users seeking a pressure dew point below -20°C. The dual-tower system operates alternately, continuously delivering dry and clean compressed air. The purified air achieves a low-pressure dew point, ensuring deep drying to provide water-free, oil-free, high-purity compressed air, meeting various gas requirements. Due to the use of a heater to heat atmospheric air, the regeneration effect is excellent, and energy consumption is minimal.
