The HAD series regenerative adsorption compressed air dryer utilizes the molecular forces on the surface of porous solid substances to extract moisture from the gas, achieving lower dew point temperatures and purifying dry, clean gas. It employs activated alumina with pore sizes similar to water molecules as the adsorbent, utilizing the internationally advanced principle of temperature and pressure variation adsorption. During adsorption at room temperature, the vapor pressure of water molecules in the air exceeds that in the adsorbent, causing water molecules to enter the adsorbent and condense into water droplets on its surface, releasing condensation heat stored in the upper part of the adsorption tower. During regeneration, atmospheric air is heated to around 200°C using a Roots blower and passed through the regeneration cylinder. This significantly reduces the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, allowing water molecules to escape. Simultaneously, the heat stored in the adsorption tower contributes to saving the power of the heater. The adsorbent undergoes continuous cycles of adsorption, regeneration, and adsorption, providing continuous adsorption drying treatment for compressed air to achieve deep drying. The main technical indicators of this product have reached the level of similar foreign models, making it the preferred equipment for users requiring pressure dew points below -20°C. The dual-tower alternately continuous operation outputs dry and clean compressed air. The purified air can achieve a moisture content equivalent to or below a pressure dew point of -20°C, providing deep-dried, oil-free, high-purity compressed air to meet various gas requirements. Due to the use of a Roots blower and heater for heating atmospheric air, the regeneration effect is excellent, resulting in energy savings and reduced air consumption.
